Shopping Online? Skybox or Direct Shipping? Which One is Right for You?

When online shopping internationally, you have two main delivery options: 

  1. Direct Shipping – The store sends your order straight to your T&T address (no extra middleman). 

  2. Skybox Shipping – You use a U.S. mailing address from a provider like Ezone, First Class Couriers, Caribbean Airlines Jetpak, Websource, Aeropost, or CSF Couriers. 


When to Use Direct Shipping: 

  • The store confirms delivery to Trinidad & Tobago. 

  • Shipping costs are reasonable. 

  • You’re buying from retailers with trusted delivery partners. 


When to Use a Skybox: 

  • The store does NOT ship to T&T. 

  • You want faster U.S.-to-T&T delivery times. 

  • You’re shopping from multiple U.S.-based stores in one go. 


LMSS recommends checking the retailer’s shipping policy before you buy to avoid delays.
